My journey as a jewelry artist is deeply rooted in the memories and treasures passed down through generations. As a child, I was captivated by my Nana's jewelry, each piece whispering a different story. Her words, “My jewelry simply reflects the beauty you have inside yourself,"sparked my passion for creating pieces that echo the essence of the wearer's soul. Upon inheriting Nana's collection, I embarked on a transformative exploration, deconstructing and reinventing each piece with reverence and curiosity. From this treasure trove emerged my artistic expression, blending nostalgia with innovation to craft jewelry. My creative process is purely intuitive, where beads, stones, and components converge to form unique and artful compositions. I breathe new life into vintage components, blending semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver, and brass. As my artistic endeavors expanded, so did my mediums. Delving into the alchemy of pure silver precious metal clay, I sculpt delicate forms and elegant pendants. And with ceramics, I discovered a realm of boundless possibility, shaping whimsical vessels that infuse everyday life with joy and wonder. In each creation, whether it's a piece of jewelry or a playful ceramic birdhouse or vase, I aim to evoke a sense of connection - to the past, to the present, and to the owner’s inner journey.
