I am a slow photographer. I photograph to help myself to see. Seeing takes time.
I work in manual mode — setting ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and focus by hand. The process forces me to slow down and stay present, to engage with what is in front of me. Photography is my mindful practice.
Each image documents a moment in my life. Editing these images anchors those experiences in my memory.
My photo-journey began in my early teens and shifted with my move from film to digital in 2002. What started as snapshots has evolved into something more intentional — images of nature's hidden details, fleeting moments, and the landscapes that hold them.
I hope you enjoy these images as much as I have enjoyed making them. Thank you for pausing to look.
