I’m excited to be part of the Orcas Island Artists’ Studio Tour and I invite you to come visit my ceramics studio in beautiful Deer Harbor. I am inspired by the colors around me, namely blues and greens from the sky, land, and sea. Most of the pieces I throw are for the home to enhance your surroundings. I love throwing vessels to fill with fresh flowers or large platters for pastas, cheeses, and salads. I love to create whimsical forms such as “canvas” tote bags, “takeout” boxes, and birdhouses.
